Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate (English
and Spanish Support).
Key Responsibilities
Engaging with users via email, live chat, and text within service
level agreements (SLAs)
Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs
Understanding product offerings and addressing borrowers' needs
Proactively suggesting ideas and automations to scale the team
Collaborating with the Member Success Team to achieve growth
goals
Required Qualifications
At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in
startups, finance, government programs, or customer support
Spanish language reading and writing proficiency preferred
Demonstrated ability to quickly master new skills and knowledge
areas
Experience in empathetic and clear communication with users
Ability to manage internal systems and processes effectively
