Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial and operational forecasts, including cost,
revenue, and resource planning
Support the Revenue Recognition Process and act as a liaison for
the local finance team
Define and create functional processes for alignment and report on
financial metrics to management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
5-7 years of work experience in a reporting or process improvement
role
Experience managing P&L and strong change management skills
Highly proficient in MS Office products
Ability to work across time zones and adapt to global team
dynamics
