Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Rep Associate to
manage patient registration and scheduling in a remote call center
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Register patients and schedule appointments, obtaining necessary
insurance and demographic information
Verify referral or insurance authorizations and explain financial
requirements to patients
Collaborate with staff from various departments to enhance the
overall patient experience
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal
supervision
Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
Experience in a call center setting preferred
Proficient in using scheduling and registration software
