Job Description:
A company is looking for a Platform Support Specialist
responsible for providing advanced technical support and
troubleshooting complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize support tickets according to SLAs, ensuring
timely resolution and effective communication
Provide frontline technical support to resolve platform-related
issues reported by customers and internal stakeholders
Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of
technical challenges and collaborate on effective solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology,
informatics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a support team or similar role within a
SaaS environment
Experience with ticketing systems and software (e.g., ServiceNow,
JIRA, Asana)
Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, or other programming
languages preferred
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services
preferred
