Job Description:
A company is looking for a Soil Scientist/Auditor to perform
soil assessments and auditing practices in various
environments.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and implement soil carbon models and conduct validations
of carbon offset projects
Assess and develop soil sampling inventories to evaluate soil
carbon projects
Conduct ecosystem surveys, monitor compliance, and support
management with special projects
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Soil Science or related field
15+ credit hours in soil science and at least 6 credit hours in
statistics
5+ years of relevant experience in soil science or related
fields
Experience with soil carbon models is a plus
Knowledge of carbon offset project protocols and voluntary carbon
markets preferred
