• Location: Remote / 1555 US Highway 380, Frisco, TX 75033, United StatesDescriptionLead the long range planning for the structure and interaction of the enterprise's major types/sources of data, information needs, and business processes/strategy.Enterprise Architect - Data and AIJob Profile Summary: The Enterprise Architect - Data & AI is responsible for designing and implementing scalable data architectures and AI solutions across Azure cloud and on-prem environments. This role focuses on ensuring that data platforms and AI models are integrated seamlessly into the organization's technology stack, while fostering a culture of reusability, scalability, and innovation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data architectures that support the deployment of AI models, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across both Azure cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Drive the integration of AI solutions with existing data infrastructures, ensuring seamless compatibility between legacy systems and modern cloud-native platforms.
  • Lead efforts to modernize data systems, transitioning from on-prem legacy architectures to cloud-native data lakes, warehouses, and advanced analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that AI models and data platforms are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Foster a product engineering mindset within the data architecture teams.
  • Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Oversee the integration of DevOps practices into data pipelines and AI solution deployment.
  • Communicate complex technical architectures and AI strategies to senior leadership.Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems and/or equivalent formal training.Minimum Experience: Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to apply basic computer concepts, theories, principles and methods to projects, business problems, issues, and/or questions.
