Your goal will be to assist businesses in attracting and retaining top talent through essential benefits, prioritizing the well-being of employees and their cherished families. This is a Monday through Friday position, offering you the gift of work-life balance with NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, AND NO HOLIDAYS.Compensation and Growth Opportunities:At the Gaither-Everett Agencies, we value and reward hard work and dedication. As an Employee Benefits Specialist, you can expect an average first-year income ranging between $50,000 to $85,000, with the potential for significant growth. For those aspiring to leadership roles, the sky's the limit, with management positions earning $100,000 or more.
