Job Description:

A company is looking for a LO Assistant to support loan officers and drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and verify documents from borrowers, ensuring loan files are complete
Guide loans through the process, coordinating escrow, inspections, and insurance
Maintain databases and assist with marketing and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

1+ years of mortgage lending or related experience
Proficiency in Encompass360
Understanding of mortgage lending processes and regulations
Knowledge of various loan programs (Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA)
Familiarity with mortgage-related terminology and procedures
