Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Resource Representative to
join their team in a 100% remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments
with insurance payers
Maintain positive relationships with clinical personnel, teammates,
and insurance representatives
Analyze non-paid claims or underpayments to identify root causes
and trends
Required Qualifications
Healthcare and medical billing/collections/denial remediation
experience
Customer service experience
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including
Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
High school diploma or equivalent; preference for an associate or
bachelor's degree
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
