A company is looking for a Growth Lead to drive conversion rate
improvements and optimize customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Work with senior leadership on high-leverage business areas to
achieve measurable improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to design, run, and analyze
experiments for continuous improvement
Serve as an expert in experimentation and growth best practices,
educating the organization
Required Qualifications
Strong alignment with company values
Proficient in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
Proven track record of delivering significant growth through
experimental and optimization programs
Expertise in experimental methodology and statistics for hypothesis
development
Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent
experiments efficiently
