Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Academic Designer to develop
high-quality educational content and collaborate with various teams
in product development.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and develop content for teacher and student materials across
various formats
Train and mentor junior Academic Designers on content development
and project guidelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project
schedules and ensure quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in elementary education, literacy, linguistics,
or related field
4+ years of experience in literacy curriculum development and
educational publishing
Teaching experience is preferred
Knowledge of academic standards and content development
practices
Highly organized and collaborative with proven leadership
abilities
