Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst who will support
compensation programs and ensure compliance with leave of absence
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct job evaluations and market analyses to ensure competitive
pay structures
Administer the leave of absence process and serve as a subject
matter expert
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to
compensation and leave programs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis and/or leave
administration
Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other state and federal leave
regulations
Certification in Compensation (CCP) or HR (SHRM-CP/PHR) is
preferred
