Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Collections Analyst to join their
Collections & Recoveries Department.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct analysis and deliver insights to optimize collection and
recovery strategies using data and advanced analytics
Analyze portfolio performance and identify trends through
root-cause analysis
Collaborate with various teams to implement strategies and monitor
performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer
Science, Engineering, or Economics with 5+ years of relevant
experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
Experience in collections, marketing, or credit risk management in
the consumer lending industry is a plus
Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of R, Python, Tableau, Looker, and
Knowledge Seeker is a plus
Experience using machine learning and statistical models to develop
strategies
Curiosity to ask questions and challenge the status quo
