Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managed Care Analyst who will handle
contract management and assist with contracting projects.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with the Payer Engagement Team to negotiate provider
agreements and reviews payer contracts for compliance
Coordinates with various teams to facilitate contract changes,
updates, and ensure accurate system setup
Monitors contract renewals and assists in negotiations and outreach
for special payment arrangements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college required
Five (5) years of experience in contracting, business development,
or network management required
Expert knowledge of contract details, benefits, and potential
disadvantages
Ability to analyze patient census, fee schedules, and utilization
reporting for contract negotiations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
