Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls to the scheduling line
Create accurate call logs in the system and schedule appointments
for assessments
Assist with other tasks as needed while demonstrating a commitment
to customer service
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED
2 years of customer service experience
Experience in mental health or community-based social service
programs is a plus
Must be a resident of the State of Virginia
Computer literate with skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
