Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director HR Business Partner,
Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop HR strategies that align with sales objectives and support
revenue targets
Provide strategic HR guidance on talent management, employee
development, and organizational design
Analyze HR and sales data to identify trends and recommend
improvements to enhance sales productivity
Required Qualifications
12+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 7 years as an HR
Business Partner
Experience partnering with sales functions and demonstrated
progression in HRBP roles
Strong understanding of core HR functions, including staffing and
performance management
Proven ability to influence decision-making and lead change
initiatives
Strong work ethic and self-motivated with excellent time management
skills
