Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Representative I to
provide customer support related to HSI products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Support efforts to enhance the customer experience and adhere to
department processes
Interface with customers to enter orders, up-sell, and cross-sell
products and services
Document customer interactions and coordinate with various
departments to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent related experience
2 - 4 years of customer service experience in a call center
environment
2+ years of experience with a multi-line phone system
Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Able to proficiently navigate web-based programs
