Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Supervisor responsible for
overseeing a team of licensed health agents in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of a team of licensed agents, including
timecard approval and scheduling
Coach sales agents to meet sales goals and manage call center
activities
Ensure agents receive appropriate training and resources, while
maintaining industry knowledge
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience with Medicare Advantage sales
Current and valid Health License
6 months experience in a sales call center environment
Previous experience leading a team of 10+ employees
