Job Description:

We're looking for an energetic New Business Sales person with an ACTIVE, TEXAS real estate license, or a license that can be activated within 2 weeks. WE CAN NOT LEGALLY HIRE you without that, so please don't apply unless that's true.



This job is not listing and showing homes. This is not an ad for a typical real estate agent (unless you want to do that in addition).



Our company manages a variety of income-producing properties, (mostly SFH, with some STR, Self Storage, RV, and Commercial), and we're looking to bring on new real estate clients who need quality property management.



You would use tools to bring on new clients, including answering emails, social media, marketing, cold calls, investor meetings, in-person meetings at the property etc. We will assist you with your methods, since we are paying you to succeed, but you will need to be self-motivated. Once the client is signed up you would bring the property to market, and from that point the property managers would take over.



Base pay is $60,000, with commissions averaging roughly $725 per client. Expected commissions should drive a $103,000 compensation.

Responsibilities:

--- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
--- Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs

--- Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently
--- Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
--- Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met


Qualifications:

--- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
--- Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
--- Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
--- Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
--- Passionate about selling
--- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
--- Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
--- ACTIVE, TEXAS REAL ESTATE LICENSE
