A company is looking for a Leasing Agent to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents,
answering inquiries and qualifying leads
Manage the leasing and application process, understanding
prospects' needs and fostering positive relationships
Maintain communication records and perform other assigned duties,
with flexibility for weekend and evening work
Required Qualifications
An active Real Estate License
At least 2 years of experience in property management in the rental
industry
A proven track record in a fast-paced sales environment
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
effectively
A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic
environment
