Texas$62,705-$91,455 (starting pay) Depending on experience

- Plus, MoreWe are hiring for a A&P Float Mechanic - Rotor
Wing to support the daily maintenance of the helicopters across our
region. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance,
inspections, repairs, and modifications to airframes, rotors and
appliances. Our Field Maintenance team maintains our helicopters to
the highest standards possible. This is a full-time travel
position, traveling via air and ground to assigned work locations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Provide on-site maintenance support for our fleet of EC135 and
Bell 407 series helicopters
- Maintain the aircraft
- Schedule aircraft maintenance
- Manage base inventory
- Maintain the base library and company owned ground support
equipment
- Perform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSEducation,
Certifications and Licensing
Valid and current FAA Airframe &
Powerplant License (A&P) requiredInspection Authorization
Certification preferredHigh School diploma or GED
equivalentManufacturer training or equivalent on EC135
preferredEC135 maintenance experience requiredManufacturer training
or equivalent on Bell 407 preferredBell 407 maintenance experience
preferredThree years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience
with a minimum of six months helicopter maintenance experience
during the last 24 monthsIntermediate-level computer skills with an
inventory systemIFR helicopter avionics and auto-pilot experience
preferredPrior civilian HEMS experience preferredPrior management
experience supporting active 135 HEMS maintenance department, to
include tool/parts inventoriesMust be able to push and/or pull 100+
lbs.Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. WORKING

- Travel between bases to support maintenance needs is
