Position Details:
Title: Operations Manager
Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Shift: Monday - Friday - 1st Shift
Compensation: $130k - $150k (based on experience and qualifications)

Travel: No travel requirements.

Position Description: Quality Control Director
As the Quality Control Director, you will be responsible for leading the following departments:
--- Customer Service / Sales
--- Purchasing
--- Quality Control
--- Warehouse
This will include evaluating each team to develop and execute SOPs and KPIs for department managers. You will also be responsible for providing honest and though assessments that include quantifiable data.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills with the ability to command respect and lead by example. You should also have previous experience creating and managing quality control systems and the immediate know-how to take charge and work with the department managers to:
--- Learn what managers and their respective departments are doing
--- Look for and identify shortcomings to spearhead an environment of constant improvement
--- Create measurable KPIs for departments
--- Enforce the accountability of managers
--- Develop and finetune processes with managers
--- Ensure day to day operations flow smoothly
