Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Global People
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits
strategies
Lead the development and optimization of HRIS and data
analytics
Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage a team of HR
professionals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field; CCP preferred
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR
operations
Expertise in HRIS platforms and experience with system
implementations
Strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices
Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
