If so, we invite you to join our team as a Field Talent Coach.As the Field Talent Coach, you will play a critical role in mentoring and elevating the performance of our Field Sales team refining their selling capabilities, scientific knowledge, customer engagement strategies, and business acumen.

• Drive business success by coaching sales representatives to effectively engage customers and increase product adoption.
• Enhance performance by participating in customer interactions and providing real-time coaching.
• Ensure compliance by monitoring field activities and aligning with leadership, commercial operations, and business functions.
• Oversee completion of all Syneos Health administrative paperwork of field force.
• Assist in communication and compliance of all policy and procedures.Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree required
  • 5+ Years pharmaceutical sales management or field training experience
  • Vaccine experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and experience
  • Strong technical experience leveraging complex data to drive field strategy
  • Experience in coaching for performance improvement including implementation of progressive discipline as it relates to sales or other performance objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal
