Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager - Network Operations Center
(NOC) (2nd Shift Remote - 3pm-12am).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the NOC team to ensure 99.99% network
availability
Coordinate outage resolution and improve network performance
Develop and manage capital budgets, including OPEX and CAPEX
expenditures
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Manager in a NOC
environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
In-depth understanding of PON/GPON/XGPON technologies and
architecture
Proficiency with Fiber Broadband and IP Network Technologies
Experience in developing and reporting KPIs for team
productivity
