Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Operations to oversee the
Member Acquisition call center.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Member Acquisition call
center
Act as the primary point of contact for all call center-related
issues post-implementation
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and sales
goals
Required Qualifications
Experience in call center management or operations
Proven track record of meeting compliance and performance
metrics
Strong understanding of health insurance and related
regulations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
Leadership experience in a similar role
