Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Strategy &
Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with
the Commercial team's business objectives
Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity,
quality, and security
Oversee data management processes, including acquisition,
migration, and maintenance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information
technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in biotech or pharma IT, analytics, and/or
data management
Strong understanding of data management principles and MDM
concepts
Experience with commercial data sources and tools, such as
Salesforce and Tableau
Proven project management skills in a cross-functional
environment
