Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Management Associate
(Bi-Lingual, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate follow-up outreach to unenrolled families with Case
Managers
Track and document case status in the database
Research support services and facilitate case closures
Required Qualifications
1 - 3 years of experience in customer service in a healthcare
environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree
preferred
Fluency in English and bi-lingual in Haitian Creole and/or Spanish
required
Insurance/payor experience preferred
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an
intermediate to advanced level
