Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager responsible
for developing proposals and supporting business development
efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of RFI/RFP responses and collaborate with
sales and marketing teams
Provide strategic guidance and oversight for multi-market business
opportunities
Manage project timelines and develop customized business
development strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or real
estate preferred
5-8 years of relevant experience, with commercial real estate
experience as an asset
Proficiency in writing and editing proposal content with strong
grammar skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; InDesign experience is a
plus
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects
simultaneously
