Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Sr. Specialist -
Incident Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Trust & Safety cases involving customer and/or pro concerns
via phone, email, and other resolution platforms
Investigate and mediate user disputes to help both parties reach a
positive outcome
Make decisions regarding user account removals for violations of
community guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish
Experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, or advanced
Customer Support roles is preferred
Confidence in good judgment and decision-making abilities
Ability to remain calm in difficult or complex situations
Positive attitude towards problem-solving
