The Ranger Group, a leading US Engineering Solutions provider to companies across the Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device, Electronics and Industrial Manufacturing industries, is currently seeking a Systems Test Engineerfor a Direct Hire role with a leading Medical Device manufacturein the Dallas Area. This role will require work to be completed 100% Onsite.

Job Summary:
The Systems Test Engineer is responsible for integrating subsystems (hardware, software, and assay) into a unified system, ensuring functionality, performance, and traceability. This role involves testing, troubleshooting, and resolving system-level issues, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet design and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Systems Engineers to plan and execute integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues involving hardware, software, and assays.
• Develop and execute system verification protocols and analyze results.
• Contribute to design and test planning reviews to ensure system performance.
• Maintain quality systems and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Qualifications:Required:
  • Bachelors degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in systems integration and testing.
  • Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience in writing and executing integration test plans.Preferred:
    • Knowledge of GLP, GMP, and medical device testing.
    • Experience with software testing, scripting, and algorithm testing.
