Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Care Advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact patients registered for clinical trials to validate
pre-screener responses according to approved scripts
Assist patients in navigating the clinical trial search feature and
answer general inquiries
Report trends in patient insights to relevant departments as
necessary
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a contact center environment
Ability to work flexible hours based on study workload (15-40 hours
per week)
Ability to work from a quiet environment with minimal
distractions
Preferred experience in a patient-facing role within healthcare
Preferred experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
