A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
Collaborate cross-functionally with divisions such as Finance,
Legal, and Risk Management
Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management
(CRM) system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of demonstrated customer service experience
Knowledge of billing and contract procedures
Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
Must be authorized to work in the United States
