Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Care Management
with an active RN license in New Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational management of clinical staff conducting
utilization reviews
Develop and maintain departmental policies, training programs, and
budgets
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and accreditation
standards
Required Qualifications
Current, active, unrestricted RN licensure
BA/BS in a related field or equivalent combination of education and
experience
At least 5 years of utilization/case management experience
Minimum of 2 years of management experience, including financial
management
IQCI or certification in a medical management field preferred
