Key Responsibilities
Maximize retention rate across the book of business
Increase adoption of solutions into other business units to uncover
new opportunities
Collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth
opportunities within the client base
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of Account Management experience
Demonstrated success in managing and growing relationships within
Fortune 1000 clients
Strong business acumen and commitment to effective processes
Experience in a rapidly growing SaaS environment
Ability to cultivate relationships with users and key
stakeholders
