Job Description:

A company is looking for a Project Management Support Associate (Fund Management) (Parental Leave Cover).



Key Responsibilities

Provide coordination and implementation support for country programmes in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam
Assist in project implementation, procurement, and recruitment processes while ensuring compliance with regulations
Organize logistical support for meetings, events, and trainings, and maintain accurate project documentation


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma is required; a First University Degree or Technical Diploma in relevant fields is an asset
Minimum of six years of relevant experience in project/programme management support or operations
Prior experience in fund management or related fields is an asset
Proficiency in computer and office software packages, with experience in web-based management systems preferred
Full working knowledge of English is required; knowledge of another UN language is desirable
