Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research & Development (R&D)
Manager - Herbalist.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the research, formulation, and development of herbal products,
ensuring quality and compliance with regulations
Manage relationships with co-manufacturers and oversee the new
product development process from creation to launch
Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and maintain
documentation for raw materials and formulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Herbal Science/Medicine, Botany,
Pharmacognosy, or related certification
Minimum 5 years of experience in herbal product development in the
dietary supplements or wellness industry
Expertise in herbal formulation and knowledge of FDA and cGMP
regulations
Strong leadership and project management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite or related
software
