Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead
recruitment efforts for tech, product, and growth roles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment and hiring process for senior talent, ensuring
quarterly hiring goals are met
Partner with hiring managers and team members to deliver an
exceptional candidate experience
Proactively source candidates and act as the primary point of
contact for U.S.-based recruitment
Required Qualifications
Over 3 years of proven recruiting experience for Product, Tech, and
Growth roles in the U.S
Solid knowledge of the U.S. Tech market
Experience using data to evaluate recruiting success
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing
multiple job requisitions
Familiarity with the latest talent trends and strategies for
recruiting top talent
